Website terms

Terms for this public website. Contracted billing operations are governed by a separate written services agreement.

1. Using this website

These terms govern access to bergmanbilling.com, its public information and its enquiry form. They are separate from any client services agreement. Sending an enquiry does not create an appointment, agency, partnership or obligation to provide services.

2. The service described

BERGMAN GROUP LTD provides managed billing administration, including defined workflows for invoice control, mandate records, customer changes, exceptions, reconciliation and reporting.

We do not provide payment-account services, execute regulated payments or hold customer funds through this website. Licensed providers and banks continue to provide those services under their contracts with the relevant client.

3. No professional advice or binding offer

Public content is general and is not legal, regulatory, tax or accounting advice. Any service description is illustrative. Only a signed client agreement can define a binding scope, fee, service level, allocation of responsibility or liability.

4. Responsible use

  • Do not misuse, overload, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the site or related systems.
  • Do not upload malicious content or personal data you lack authority to share.
  • Do not reproduce the website, branding or original copy for commercial use without permission.

5. Website availability and links

We may change, suspend or withdraw public website content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Third-party sites and services are outside our control and operate under their own terms.

6. Limits under these website terms

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable under these public website terms for indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit, revenue, data, business, opportunity or goodwill arising from reliance on the website.

7. Law and contact

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Contact hello@bergmanbilling.com with questions.
